REQUIREMENTS

GOOD COMMUNICATION

You must have an English speaker available.

You must have access to the internet and an email address.

ROOMS

One or more double/twin rooms with:

Either attached bath/shower
or visitors-only bath/shower room.
Hot water showers.
Breakfast always.
High Standard of food, decoration and private facilities.
Good behaviour of hosts, staff and family.
Welcome and friendly atmosphere.

HYGIENE

Private washing facilities.
Clean washing area & WC.
Clean kitchen and food storage.
Clean and tidy bedrooms.
Freshly laundered bed clothing.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We audit all properties to ensure they are safe.

Must Have:

Smoke Alarm. (We supply)
A fire escape route.
Fire Extinguisher(s).
Access that is lit and comfortable.

Must NOT have:

Loose electrical wires.
Blocked fire exits.
Uncontrolled hazards.
