HOW THE BUSINESS WILL OPERATE

• You register with Home & Hospitality and give us full details of what you can offer. We audit your home and agree terms and conditions with you. You become a member of Home & Hospitality;
• You tell us the dates your home is available to guests, the charge you propose to make for your rooms, and any restrictions you wish to impose;
• We enter your information into our data base;
• Your home is then advertised to UK travel companies looking for accommodation as part of the package they offer to travellers;
• Your home is advertised on our website;
• Your home is included in Home & Hospitality, The Guide to Bed and Breakfasts in India;
• Your Home will be approved under the government scheme;
• Guests will choose, book online and pay for the nights they want;
• Home & Hospitality will immediately send you details of the reservation;
• Home & Hospitality will transfer room charge money directly to your account;
• Full details of the guests and their booking will be emailed to you including passport details;
• Your availability on the Home & Hospitality website will show those nights as booked.
• You will always have the right to decline a booking but once you have accepted the booking and payment then you will be required to honour the booking and receive the guests.
